Bylaw to Amend the Land Use Bylaw to Redistrict 118 Cypress Dr
You are invited to provide input on Bylaw 2068-24, a proposed bylaw to redistrict 118 Cypress Drive from R1 Single Dwelling Residential District to R2 Low Density Residential District to allow for the construction of a duplex. The R2 district allows low density residential development including but not limited to single dwelling buildings, duplexes, and semi-detached housing. Bylaw 2068-24 received first reading at the July 22, 2024 Regular Council meeting. You can find the Council information package at https://wetaskiwin.civicweb.net(External link).
A public hearing for this bylaw will be held:
DATE: Monday, August 26, 2024
TIME: 9 a.m.
LOCATION: Wetaskiwin City Hall, or via electronic video conference.
If you wish to address Council on this matter, you must register to speak by contacting Planning and Development no later than 12 p.m. on Friday, August 23, 2024.
If you are unable to attend the public hearing, you may submit written comments to be presented to Council at the public hearing. Written submissions must be received by 12 p.m. on Friday, August 23, 2024, and may be delivered to Wetaskiwin City Hall, emailed to elisabeth.hill@wetaskiwin.ca(External link), or mailed to:
