Bylaw to Amend the Land Use Bylaw to create a Manufacturer's Taproom Use

You are invited to provide input on Bylaw 2075-24 a proposed bylaw to create a Manufacturer’s Taproom use and to add this use to the M1 Light Industrial and M2 Heavy Industrial districts. This amendment would allow for the development of licensed taprooms or tasting rooms on premises where liquor manufacturing is the primary source of business.

A public hearing for this bylaw will be held:

DATE: November 12, 2024
TIME: 9 a.m.
LOCATION: Wetaskiwin City Hall, or via electronic video conference.

If you wish to address Council on this matter, you must register to speak by contacting Planning and Development at the phone number or email address below, no later than 12:00 noon on November 8, 2024.

If you are unable to attend the public hearing, you may submit written comments to be presented to Council at the public hearing. Written submissions must be received by 12:00 noon on November 8, 2024, and may be delivered to City Hall, emailed to elisabeth.hill@wetaskiwin.ca, or mailed to:
