Evergreen (Special Study Area) Statutory Plan

The Evergreen Area Structure Plan has been adopted!

The City of Wetaskiwin has adopted the Evergreen Area Structure Plan for the Special Study Area in the northwest portion of the city. This Plan will help guide land use, development, and investment decisions in a way that supports the City’s goals for sustainable and orderly growth.

The final Evergreen ASP is available for review here.

The plan was presented to Council for first reading on July 28. A public hearing was held on August 11, after which the plan was adopted.
